Viewing and Getting/downloading/ordering
pictures from your online album
1. You should get an email with the link to your online album within 24 hours. If you don’t then e-mail or call us at: tim@tgfoto.com or 913-648-6625. Your e-mail contains your album password.
2. Be sure to download all the pictures onto your computer and then back them up as they will not be available on your online album forever. You can download them one at a time or all at once.
3. Downloading tips. After you get into your gallery you should see small thumbnail pictures. To download pictures use the download option to download them all or just selected ones. Ordering Your Prints or getting digital files edited
1. Send email to tim@tgfoto.com You will receive a reply within 48 hours letting you know we have received your email and if we have any questions on your order. Call or email if you have any questions such as cropping or different sizes etc. 913-648-6625.
2. Each picture file has a 4 digit number, send us that number and a brief description of the picture. Include any special instructions, cropping, retouching or questions. Also include the sizes of prints you want with each pose. If you need help feel free to call us.
3. Printing from the files on your own. Prints made through our professional lab are usually better quality than going through a one hour photo. We recommend getting at least your bigger prints like wall portraits made through our lab One pose per sheet A sheet is 1-8x10 or 2-5x7’s or 4-4x6’s or 8 wallets
