Galyean's photography is a family owned and operated business. Tim does the photography, wife Cheryl does all the office type work with the four kids help keep things going. Tim Jr. is the computer wizard that keeps all the computers working and knows how to make them go real fast. Krista graduated from Blue Valley High School and helps fill in when things get really busy. Katie helps with the office work and inspects everyone's pictures when they come back from the lab. Ariel helps with a little of everything especially the direct mailings. She helps with the photography sometimes, at 15 she has already had two pictures published in the International Dodge Viper magazine.

Tim Galyean has been a professional photographer since 1983 and opened his 1st studio in 1985 in Southern California. He has photographed people such as Bob Johnson BET Channel founder, David Copperfield, Merle Haggard, many proffessional race car drivers, Gloria Estafan and Rev. Robert Schuller. His work has appeared in many national and international magazines and has been displayed at the Photography Hall of fame in Oklahoma City.

2008 Update

Tim Jr. still is on call as a computer consultant and working for a local company do computer stuff, I'm not sure what he does because it's way over my head when he trys to explain it to me.

Krista quit her good paying job with benefits at Sprint and moved to California. She then got hired as an actress for a Hollywood movie company. She was on the news a while back. Katie works with little kids and still helps in the studio so if you get your pictures on time you can thank Katie.

Ariel has had some more pictures published in magazines and has demanded her own web page since she is tired of having Tim Galyean Photography get all the credit for the pictures she takes.

With our photo CD you can place your final order or reorders by email without having to spend your time making an appointment and coming to our studio. Your finished prints are ready within 4 weeks of your order.

We specialize in seniors. All or our settings, backgrounds, education are geared toward awesome senior portraits.

Pre-consultation. You can come in before your session to get ideas of poses and clothes. We offer this service for free to insure you have great senior portraits. Most things are covered on our website but if you still have concerns feel free to schedule a pre-session consultation.

No school contracts. We want our seniors to come to because they want to, not because they will get left out of the yearbook if they don't. You'll have fun and when you're having fun your pictures will look great.
